What does it cost?
Plans start at £63 a month for one person, or £79 a month for one taxi driver, and rise in steps as your team grows. Four admin users are included. Xero & QuickBooks and SEO & AI search are £10 a month each, free during the trial.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Buy one through Myobos, move your name servers to us, or keep your current host and point www at your site. Your free myobos.com address keeps working either way.
Can I bring my current website?
Yes. Give the guided set-up your web address. We read your home page and main pages and take your phone, email, address, hours and photos. Then we sort your services and wording for you to check. Nothing is invented.
Where do customer payments go?
Into your own Stripe, Square or SumUp account. If your plan takes card payments through Myobos, a 0.5% fee comes off each payment, and busier businesses get money off their plan. You can also take bank transfer, cash or payment on account.
Is my data mixed with other businesses?
No. Each business has its own site and its own database. A fault in one cannot reach another.
Can my emails come from my own domain?
Yes. Booking and order emails can come from your own domain, like bookings@yourbusiness.co.uk, and replies go to the inbox you already use, whether that's Google, Outlook or anything else. We show you the records to add, or add them for you if we run your DNS. Without your own domain, booking email sends from yourname@at.myobos.com.
Does it work for taxi firms and builders?
Yes. Taxi and chauffeur firms get journeys: fares and zones, flight tracking, dispatch and a driver portal. Builders and trades get jobs: estimates, stage invoices with retention, CIS, the reverse charge, timesheets and RAMS.
Can I switch from the system I use now?
Yes. Your current site's wording, services, contact details and photos come across during set-up. Bring your customer list and we'll show you how to add it. The Switching page has the details.
Is there a contract?
Plans are billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, in advance. Industry packs, such as Taxi, have a 12-month minimum, and a domain you buy sets a minimum of its registration length. Cancelling in the trial is free. After cancelling, you have 30 days to export your data.
