Features

/ Customers

Every customer, one record.

Visits, notes, preferences and photos in one place, keyed to their email. When someone asks to be forgotten, you can erase them properly.

/ The problem

A regular sits down and you can't remember if it was a number two or a three last time. Their number is in your phone, their allergy is in a notebook, and their last three visits are in the old booking system. Then they email asking you to delete everything you hold on them.

/ How it works

One record per email

Every booking, order and invoice joins the customer's record, matched on their email. No duplicates for the same person.

History, tags and notes

See every past visit at a glance. Tag customers (regular, VIP, prefers Sam) and add notes and preferences you'll want next time.

Private photos, with consent

Add before-and-after photos and tag them to the customer, with their consent. Only you, your team and that customer can see them. They stay off your website unless the customer agrees.

Business accounts

Let a company, a care home or a regular corporate client pay on account. You invoice them later instead of taking payment each time.

A proper erase

When someone asks you to delete their information, erase them properly. You don't have to hunt through bookings and emails by hand.

Preferences that follow them

Record how each customer likes things: the person they ask for, the cut they always have, the time that suits them. It's there the next time they book.

What your customer sees

A business that remembers them. Their own photos, if you've taken any, and bookings that just work because their details are already there.

What you see

A record for each person with their visits, spend, tags, notes, preferences and photos. Open it from any booking before they arrive.

/ Trades that use it most

Every trade. Beauty salons use photos and preferences most. Taxi firms and builders use business accounts.

/ Try it in the demo

Open a client at Glow Beauty Rooms and look at their history, tags and photos.
