A portal for each person
Team members sign in on your site with their own email. They see their bookings or journeys, their takings and statements, their timesheets and photos of the people they see. Builders' teams also read and sign site safety documents there.
Pay, worked out
Set each person's pay arrangement: commission, chair rent or employed. Myobos works out statements and self-billed invoices for each person, and records tips.
The notification bell
New bookings, payments and job updates show on the bell in the admin, so nothing waits in an inbox.

Can self-employed chair renters use it?
Yes. Set their arrangement to chair rent and Myobos produces self-billed invoices and statements for them.
Can staff see each other's takings?
Only if you let them. What each person sees comes from their groups.
Do team members need a password?
No. They sign in on your site with their own email and a one-time code.
How many people can use the admin?
Four admin users are included in every plan. Team members on the portal are separate from admin users.
Can my team record timesheets?
Yes. Team members log timesheets in their portal, and you see them alongside their bookings and pay. Builders log them against each job.
