Terms of service.

The agreement between Inferrex Ltd and the business that signs up for Myobos.

Last updated 7 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Myobos is provided by Inferrex Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with number 17011782, whose registered office is at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@myobos.com.

These terms apply to the business that signs up (“you”). By ticking the box at sign-up you confirm that you can accept them on behalf of that business. Myobos is for businesses, not for consumers.

2. The service

Myobos gives your business a website, online booking, an optional shop, client records and an admin, hosted by us. What’s included is described on our features pages. We may improve or change features; we won’t remove a core part of the service you rely on without telling you first.

3. Free trial, plans and billing

Your trial lasts the number of days shown at sign-up. No card is needed for the trial, and you can stop during it at no cost. Your plan starts, and you are committed to it, when you go live or when you buy a paid service from us (for example a domain), whichever is first. When the trial ends without a plan you need one to keep using your admin; your website stays online.

You choose your plan in your admin, where the price is shown before you agree. Plans are paid in advance by card through Stripe, monthly, quarterly or yearly; quarterly and yearly plans cost less, as shown on our pricing page. Prices include any VAT due. Usage above your plan’s allowance (for example flight checks) is added to your next invoice.

Minimum terms. Industry packs (currently Taxi & Chauffeur, and Construction & trades) have a minimum term of 12 months from when your plan starts. If you bought a domain through us, the minimum term is at least that domain’s registration period. Other plans have no minimum term beyond the billing period you’ve paid for.

Cancelling. You can cancel in your admin at any time. Your plan then ends at the end of the billing period you’ve paid for or, if you have a minimum term, at the end of the first billing period that reaches the end of it, and you keep using Myobos until then. When it ends, your website goes back to its holding page until you subscribe again; you can also take it down straight away when you cancel.

Refunds. Payments for billing periods already started, unused credit, add-ons and any other unused part of a plan are not refundable, unless the law says otherwise.

Domains. A domain you buy through us is paid for upfront for its registration period. Transferring it to another registrar is subject to our approval and a transfer fee, which we’ll tell you before you agree.

4. Your account

Keep the email address you sign in with secure, and make sure the people you give admin access to are allowed to have it. You are responsible for what happens in your admin.

5. Payments to you

Payments from your clients are taken by Stripe on your business’s own Stripe account, under Stripe’s terms with you. We are not a party to those payments and don’t hold your money. Stripe’s fees apply. If your plan takes card payments through Myobos, we take a fee of 0.5% of each payment, shown in your admin. If you use your own payment account, we take no fee on payments.

6. Your content and your clients’ information

Your website content, products and records belong to you. You give us permission to host, copy and display them only to run the service for you.

For your clients’ personal information, you are the controller and we are your processor. We will:

  • process it only to provide Myobos to you, following your instructions through the admin;
  • make sure our staff and contractors who can access it are bound by confidentiality;
  • keep it secure, including keeping each business’s data in its own database and encrypting client forms and treatment notes with a key unique to your business;
  • use only the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy, and tell you before adding a new one;
  • help you respond to your clients’ requests to see, correct or erase their information (the admin includes export and erase tools);
  • tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data;
  • delete or return your data when the service ends, as described in section 9.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your clients’ information, for your own privacy policy and terms on your website, and for checking that any forms you use are right for your profession.

myobos accounts. You allow us to process scrambled, one-way codes of your customers’, team’s and admin users’ email addresses and phone numbers, so they can see their own bookings and choices with you in their myobos account. When a signed-in person asks, your site shares that person’s own bookings and newsletter choices with them, and never anyone else’s. If they subscribe to or unsubscribe from your newsletter from their account, it’s recorded against their record with you. If they choose to keep you up to date with their details (name, phone, addresses, date of birth, access needs, how they like to be contacted), those are added to their customer record with you; you hold them as controller, as you do the rest of your customer records.

Shared documents. A customer can share a document with you to view, which stops when they stop sharing or the share ends, or let you keep a copy. A copy you keep becomes part of your records. You must set how long you keep copies before you can keep one, and they’re deleted automatically at the end of that period. You’re responsible for handling erasure requests under your own legal duties.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use Myobos for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited marketing, to collect information you have no right to, or to interfere with the service or other businesses on it. We may suspend a site that breaks this, and will tell you why.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep Myobos running and secure, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted. Support is by email.

9. Ending the service and your data

You can end the service by cancelling your plan as described in section 3. We may end the service with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms.

You are responsible for keeping copies of the data you need. When your plan ends you have 30 days to export your data using the tools in your admin, or by asking us. We then keep it for a further 60 days in case you want to restart your plan. After that we delete your site, its database and its files.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect loss, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for Myobos in that period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect.

12. myobos accounts for individuals

People who book with or work at businesses on Myobos can open a free myobos account. You sign in with Microsoft, or with Google, Apple or Facebook where offered. Documents can be PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC files, up to 10 MB each and 100 MB in total. Don’t upload anything unlawful or anything you don’t have the right to share. We may close accounts that are misused. Each business is responsible for the bookings and records it holds about you.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
