What every plan includes

  • Your website, built from your current one, on a free myobos.com address or your own domain.
  • Online booking with deposits, reminders and self-service changes. Packs and classes too.
  • Card payments into your own Stripe, Square or SumUp account, plus bank transfer, cash and accounts.
  • Customer records, client forms and encrypted notes.
  • A portal for each team member, pay statements and the notification bell.
  • Automatic emails, a shared inbox and newsletters.
  • The shop, if you sell products.
  • Four admin users.

Card payments

If your plan takes card payments through Myobos, 0.5% comes off each card payment. Busier businesses get money off their plan. Your card provider's own fees are separate.

Trial and going live

7 days free on your myobos.com address. No card to start. Build and check everything behind a holding page.

Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. When you press Go live, or start a paid service such as buying a domain, your plan begins.

How billing works

  • Start with a free trial. No card is needed, and you can cancel during the trial for free.
  • When you go live, or buy a paid service such as a domain, your plan starts and you’re committed to it.
  • Plans are paid upfront by card: monthly, quarterly or yearly. Industry packs (Taxi & Chauffeur, and Construction & trades) have a 12-month minimum term. If you bought a domain through us, the minimum term is its registration length.
  • Prices include any VAT due.
  • Unused credit and add-ons aren’t refundable. Domains can be transferred away for a fee, subject to approval.
  • When your plan ends your website goes back to its holding page until you subscribe again. You can also take it down straight away when you cancel.
  • After your plan ends you have 30 days to export your data. We then keep it for 60 days in case you come back, and delete it after that.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged until you press Go live or start a paid service. If the trial ends first, nothing is deleted.

Is there a contract?

Plans are billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, in advance. Industry packs, such as Taxi, have a 12-month minimum. If you buy a domain through Myobos, the minimum is the length of its registration.

Can I get a refund?

Plans are paid in advance, and unused credit isn't refunded when you cancel. Cancel during the trial and there's nothing to refund.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours to look after. You have 30 days after cancelling to export it. We then hold it for 60 more days in case you come back.

Can I take my domain with me?

Yes, with our approval and for a fee. Domains you already own and point at Myobos stay yours throughout.

Are the add-ons required?

No. Both are optional, £10 a month each, and free to try during your trial.
