/ Inbox

Emails that send themselves. One inbox for the rest.

Confirmations, reminders and invoices go out on their own. Replies and questions land in a shared inbox in your admin, on your own business address.

/ The problem

Booking confirmations get typed by hand, when you remember. Customer emails go to your personal address, and your stylist never sees the one meant for her. And the newsletter you meant to send in spring is still a draft in your head.

/ How it works

Emails sent for you

Booking confirmations, reminders and invoices go out automatically. In Emails, texts & webhooks, set the sender name, the reply-to address and which emails your site sends.

Email from your own domain

Booking emails and newsletters come from your own domain. Keep your Google or Outlook mailbox: we show the exact records it needs, and add them for you if we run your DNS.

A shared inbox, with addresses per person

Give each team member their own address, such as jo@. They see the addresses given to them, and you see the lot.

Newsletters to people who opted in

Build campaigns for audiences, such as clients who haven't booked in three months. Send a journal post as a newsletter with one click. Only customers who opted in receive them.

AI help with the words

Stuck on what to say? The AI drafts a newsletter intro for you to edit.

Your name on every email

Emails go out under your business name. Replies go to the address you choose, so customers reach you, not us.

What your customer sees

A confirmation the moment they book and a reminder before they come, from your business name. Newsletters only if they asked for them.

What you see

Every customer email in one inbox, next to their record. Campaigns and audiences in the same admin.

/ Trades that use it most

Every trade gets the automatic emails. Salons and personal trainers use newsletters most. Firms with several people use the shared inbox and personal addresses.

/ Try it in the demo

Book anything in a demo, then open the admin to see the confirmation that would have gone out. Emails in the demo are pretend.

/ Questions

Questions

Do I need my own domain for email?

Only if you want emails to come from it. Without one, booking emails still go out, sent from yourname@at.myobos.com.

Can each team member have their own address?

Yes. Give each person aliases. They see the addresses given to them in the shared inbox.

Who gets newsletters?

Only customers who opted in. You choose the audience for each campaign.

Can I switch some automatic emails off?

Yes. In Emails, texts & webhooks, choose which emails your site sends.

Can I send newsletters if I'm not a writer?

Yes. The AI drafts the intro for you to edit, and you can send a journal post you've already written as a newsletter.
