/ Xero & QuickBooks

Your takings, in your books every day.

Each day's takings go to Xero or QuickBooks on their own, split the way you chose and coded for VAT. £10 a month, free while you trial.

/ The problem

Every Friday you export the week's takings and re-type them into Xero. Card, cash, deposits, refunds, all in different columns. Your bookkeeper still finds the odd day that doesn't add up.

/ How it works

Connect once

Under Money → Xero & QuickBooks, connect your accounting software.

Choose where takings go

Map each kind of takings to the right account: services, products, deposits, tips. You decide once, and every day follows it.

VAT codes applied

Each line carries the VAT code you set, so your VAT return is built from correct figures.

Sent every day

Each day's takings are sent across automatically. No exports, no re-typing.

Changed days kept right

If a day's figures change after they were sent, such as a late refund, Myobos picks up the change.

No more exports

Without the add-on, takings reports export as CSV for you to send on. With it, you skip the export completely.

What your bookkeeper sees

One tidy entry per day in Xero or QuickBooks, already split by account and coded for VAT.

What you see

Your mapping in one screen, and confirmation that each day was sent. Add or remove the add-on under Money → Payments → Your plan.

/ Trades that use it most

Any business with an accountant or bookkeeper. Most useful for salons with retail and tips, and builders with stage invoices and CIS.

/ Try it in the demo

Open Money → Xero & QuickBooks in any demo admin and set up a mapping. The connection is pretend in the demo.
